Gambling and Games
That rabbit… maybe the guy who does titlecards?
hey PushingUpRoses! would you mind considering being my best friend? love your videos haha
The bunny reminded me of just a really nerdy Buster Baxter…..or maybe a rabbit version of Woody Allen?
If you clicked the car faster you would chase after William the Kid and he would go to jail.
that rabbit looks like buster from the Arthur cartoon series.
I remember playing Spy Fox when it first came out way back when, after buying it from a store called Noodle-kidootals. I actually didn't realize that there was an additional ending until I finished playing it for the tenth time or so. To this day, I still have all the original Humongous Entertainment games on disk, lying around somewhere and Spy Fox 1 is, to me at least, the best in the series.
The rabbit kinda reminds me of Filbert from Rocko's modern life.
Your taste in games is amazing.
I love this game, I got this game 'cause it was an extra in a cereal box, yeah no joke! And I played it so many times as a kid it also has some variation if you play it more than ones, so it even is worth to replay it to get the hole game experience, and this for a game that was just an extra in a cereal box!!! And just a year ago I found out that it is a Series, but I didn't had to play the other two games
the only way I can eat kix is dry! same thing with life
Isn't Goat Milk Also a Form of Dairy?
Ahh I love the spy Fox series. They were fun, kind of challenging, and extremely entertaining.
The rabbit reminded me of the turtle character from Rocko's Modern Life
You should also know that chicken knuckles is another word for popcorn chicken.
i like the bug named walter who sounded like tom brokaw.
I feel like I'm the only person out there who is fine with eating dry cereal… it tastes better that way
I enjoyed a lot of the Humongous games but somehow missed out on… Fatty Bear??? There goes my childhood.
That rabbit is like….Woody Allen or something.
Captain Crunch cereals, honey nut cheerios, and Oreo Os also taste better without milk.
"Someday I'll get that filthy animal."
wait…acidopholus? as in, like the yoghurt bacteria, acidophilus,? this game is crammed with puns!
Loving this review. Cracks me up X)
That rabbit sounds an awful lot like YouTube game reviewer stanburdman.
the bunny reminds me of bubble bass
Omg I totally forgot about this game.
Actually, this series is a really cool one. I played all of three games as a kid, not once, not twice… you know, like, A LOT. I also played Pajama Sam and Freddie Fish but Spy Fox was my favourite. It had left such an impact that over ten years after I suddenly remembered about it, bought the series on the Steam and replayed it. And HELLA ENJOYED IT JESUS.
Is it the souvenir seller in full throttle?
YES! One of my favorite childhood games.
The rabbit reminds me of the nerd from Powerpuff Girls. Maybe I combined him with Bubble's bunny doll >_>
2:50 I guess forced puns really get your goat
my favorite PC game next to Goosebumps: Escape from Horrorland and 101 Dalmations: Escape from Devil Manor
You were right about chicken knuckles not being popular Mediterranean cuisine; they're not, and yes, they actually exist in real life. They're Chinese and they're pieces of fried chicken cartilage.
I think this game had a sequel? Like, I remember the characters, but not the setting or story. It was set at a world's fair?
SPY Fox. One of my favorite computer games back in the day. Love playing them as a kid.
"I saved the cows, and all I got was this lousy cookie!"-Spy Fox, 1997
the plot of the villian is amazing! 🙂
Dude I played Toontown when I was 14-16…sure I upgraded to WoW after but I had no shame playing that fucking game. Got me off the Neopets…lol
I played it in my childhood and at first I really didn't get the path with the captain, because I couldn't figure out the map puzzle. So I skipped every instance of the game the captain showed up and played only the other two paths until I finally figured it out. I played the shit out of this game and I bet I'd know most ways to solve the puzzles today easily when it comes to it.
I recently played through this game and never saw the shatner guy in the boat. So there are at least two ways to get into the compound.
As a lactose intolerant person, I am totally on board with William the Kid's plan… screw dairy.
Most cereals taste great without milk.
"Milky Weapon of Destruction" I can't.
I wish there was more selections with adult edutainment games. I mean what is there? Lumosity? Brilliant? Life and Death? ARGUABLY Rosetta Stone? Come on, man! Why do most games considered "for adults" require less brain cells than these games? Why is most educational software for advanced concepts as aesthetically provocative as a baloney sandwich? Couldn't we at least get a solid adventure game set in another country where you have to learn the language to beat the game? Couldn't we at least get a basic Candy-Crush style phone game that teaches you to solve algebra equations? I feel like there's a whole world of ways to gamify the learning experience that nobody seems to be putting any market research into.
I played this and all the HE games so much during my childhood and even into my teens. I can trace my love of tattoos back to the "wanna see my tattoo?" guy in this game, who I would click on over and over until my dad came over and turned the computer speakers off lmao
Is the bunny Woody Alan?
6:05 This was intended for ages 5-10, whereas every other junior adventure (expect freddi fish 1, which shifted it by 1 year) was intended for ages 3-8.
8:35 That counts as winning.
1. The bunny at the end reminds you of The Comic Book guy from The Simpsons.2. This video was genuinely funny3. I have never heard of or seen this game in my life, and I'm going to check it out.
British > American When it comes to Spy Fox.
these games were honestly really well made. played this and freddy fish alllll the time. looking back im still impressed!
I realize this video is fairly old and may have already been stated before, but I see people claiming HE games aren't very educational. I would argue that they at the very least teach kids about thinking logically and solving problems with the tools at hand, plus games like Putt-Putt, Freddi Fish and Pajama Sam teach good manners and social skills for interacting with others who are different. Plenty of adults these days could learn a thing or two from playing HE games.
I still play the shit out of Spy Fox
So many sibling memories contained in this game. Just found it this summer for a dollar. Used to play them on a mac, 8mb ram, 80mb hard drive. We played pajama sam too. Haven't been able to play it again yet so this is going to be so weird to see your video! I have that weird anxious feeling. Also it used to run so slow, so it's exciting to see it running normal in your video
I played these games so much my brothers told me that I could basically speedrun em
I loved Spy Fox in Dry Cereal! And I was clearly in my late 30s/early 40s when I originally played the game. I also enjoyed Operation Ozone, though I didn't think it was quite so good. I'm also pretty sure that the rabbit is a Woody Allen-type character. Now I find out that I missed "Some Assembly Required". I'll definitely have to get a copy of that one.
Well shit, I just realized I don't remember how to play go fish either 🙁
I love all your puns, you’re soooo punny
ever think that perhaps….(came up with this idea whilst listening and kinda watching your Fable video)…ever think that perhaps the random nonsensical shit from back in the day had its purpose but that it's propose wasn't served until you reviewed it?? "everything is going just as as planned". yes, yes it is….
yeah…I'm moving on. skyfox way better that I expected. nice I like this funny shit, crazy man crazy.
As a kid who grew up in farm country I can tell you that town’s name is pronounced “Acid-dolph-a-lus.” It’s just another of a million milk or milk product references in the game.
You need to chase him and jump up the ramp. I loved his "Milk the world again" line, freakin amazing delivery. These games had the best voice acting in the 90s!
Kix is and will always be garbage.
Was anyone else attracted to Ms. Monkeypenny back in the day?
… Uh, yeah, me neither.
The Bunny almost sounds like Woody Allen
I have no idea how YouTube knew I was trying to remember this game…. Not gonna lie my favorite line was the FETA CHEESECHEESECHEESE
The salty bunny reminds me of Rafa Benitez. Fact.
If you click on the truck right after William the kid leaves, you can chase after him and unlock an additional area to get the good ending!
Spy Fox taught me the most important lesson I've ever learned from an edu-tainment game:
The rabbit reminds me of Dwight Shrute.
The rabbit reminds me of the evil gerbil from Lilo&Stitch
I fucking LOVE cereal… I'm literally eating a bowl right now, lol…
I used to love the spyfox games
There were three games that I played over and over as a child. This, Escape from Monkey Island and Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer. I loved those three games to a point where my mum probably worried about me.
I remember playing this as a kid and I was only ever able to win if I got a certain set of puzzles so I guess I was a little creative and clever but not as creative and clever as I needed to be
The Rabbit reminded me of Clint, or LGR 😉
The bunny guy he reminds me of the comic book guy from the Simpsons.
So do you have any eights?
Dairy milk? Okaaaay…?
I was too old for all these games.I played the living daylights out of all of them ANYWAY!
The bunny reminds me of Filbert from "Rockos Modern Life" lol
Casper for ps1???Also a top ten flash adventure games you like. please.
Spy fox is my fave of all the Humongous games, I played them when I was the age for them and then a few years back I bought the package with all of them on steam and played them all again. I think my fave is either Putt Putt Saves the Zoo or Dry cereal. I loved that things would change in the Spy fox games, it means that i could play them over and over.
I remember playing one of the Spyfox games and I really had fun with it. But it was a different game of the series and not "Dry Cereal". (I can't remember the full title though)
Is this the watchmojo girl?
I remember being confused why they didn't have soy milk in this universe. #lactoseintolerence
Actually you can defeat him, you just have to choose the right path when your chasing the blimp. One of them send you off a ramp, getting inside the blimp where you take William down and he goes to prison.
I adore your puns!!!! Brilliant review, btw! 🙂
The rabbit reminds me of Bubble Bass.
I remember being like 5 and failing to beat any of these games lol
5:40 …. O_O punches the desk THAT'S WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO! SON OF A …………………. you… how? I wasted SO MUCH time fiddling with that clock! On the ship! I knew I was going to dive somewhere at some point but the puzzle was to remove the chameleon on the deck for the cantina's happy hour so I assumed the clock was puzzle but I kept pressing buttons for like ten minutes with no progress!
Fox, Spy Fox.
Can you review Putt Putt Travels Through Time?
Go fish, Mr. Fox. Go fish.
My favorite game as a child. I played this wayyyy too much
When I was 27 I went to the cinema to see a Paw Patrol movie lmao I was the only adult without a kid but Paw Patrol rules what can you do
I loved spy fox
Lol ironically, goat milk is wicked good…
